Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted with paper towels to dry
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, until crunchy and golden brown.
